YouTube is one app that is used by all age groups no matter what. Although it’s pre-installed on your device but nobody actually wants to delete it and most of us use it to watch either tutorials or when your favorite YouTuber's video goes up. But one thing we all can agree upon is that we all hate that white hat jr or that Zomato ad, we all hate those 15-sec and 30-sec ads that comes up before every video. And the frequency is just increasing, now, they are trying to push ads in the middle of the video. And, that’s not the end of the story, if you have taken YouTube premium membership or even the free trial that google is offering with almost everything then you are gonna see even more of them on your home page. The premium membership also includes background playback and PIP mode which is impressive.
YouTube music also comes with the premium membership of
YouTube and offers playback of songs without
the video, the app is good but it's not as intuitive as Spotify or Gaana. I personally
really like the UI and also don’t have the problem with intuitiveness because
I'm someone who listens to the same playlist again and again.
Anyway, the premium membership also comes with some YouTube
specials that nobody watches except some of them.
Alright, now you must be thinking that why the hell I'm
blabbering about YouTube. What if I tell you that you can get all these
premium features for free.
WHAT IS YOUTUBE VANCED?
YouTube Vanced is a popular modded version of YouTube. It
adds several features to the official YouTube app, including built-in
adblocking, background playback, black/dark themes, and much more. The root
variant seamlessly replaces the YouTube app on your device and for the non-root
version of the YouTube vanced can be installed on any device by an app called
vanced manager.
Features of YouTube vanced includes:
Features the option of an AMOLED black theme to reduce eye
and battery strain.

Blocks All videos ads and allows you to play
videos in the background or in Picture in Picture (only on android 8.0 and up)

Swipe controls allow you to control the brightness
and volumes like how it is in other video player apps such as VLC or MX Player
(with configurable padding).

New auto repeat feature allowing you to enjoy
videos like tiktoks/vines or simply continue playing a song on loop.
·
Not liking the new comments section or
miniplayer? Those also can be toggled to the tablet versions which are very
similar to the old version (albeit slightly buggy).
Now is it legal to use YouTube vanced? Well, yes. Technically YouTube vanced does not modifies the YouTube website, all it does is renders the YouTube video onto your device, so, as long as it doesn't modifies the YouTube website it is not illegal. Now unless you wont poke YouTube about YouTube vanced we don’t have a problem.
1. Download the latest Vanced Manager

Install the app and open it.
3.
Make sure to select “nonroot” during the initial
configuration wizard.
4.
Tap “Install” next to MicroG.
5.
Follow the instructions to allow installing from
unknown apps.
6.
MicroG will download and then you’ll tap
“Install” when it’s ready.
7.
Next, tap “Install” next to Vanced.
8.
Select your preferred theme and tap “NEXT”.
9. Select your preferred language and tap “FINISH”.
Vanced will download and you’ll tap “Install” when it’s ready.

website, XDA developers or GitHub, don’t download it from anywhere else. I will
